Treasuries managed to finish little changed despite soft 3- and 10-year auctions this afternoon, with November CPI and a looming $21 billion long bond reopening on tap tomorrow. WTI crude held just above $71 a barrel, gold retreated to $1,982 per ounce, and the VIX remained south of 13 once more.
